Our Story

The physical therapy profession brought the owners, Elliot and Erin Neuheisel, together as they first met in physical therapy school at the University of South Dakota. They both began their careers with other therapy companies. They have now joined to create Neu You Physical Therapy with the hope of operating a therapy clinic that focuses on understanding the individual needs of their patients and compassionately helping improve their health and quality of life.

Neu You Physical Therapy was established in 2020 and opened its doors to their permanent space in October of 2023.

Elliot Neuheisel

Elliot Neuheisel received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2010 and has since been providing physical therapy services to the residents of northcentral Nebraska. Elliot has worked primarily in a hospital setting with in-patient treatment, out-patient rehabilitation and home health prior to joining the Neu You team.  He has experience in treating a variety of conditions with special interest in Orthopedics, vestibular function, and balance disorders. Elliot has had the privilege of serving a variety of populations throughout his years as a physical therapist and enjoys helping them get to a place of better health and function.

Erin Neuheisel

Erin Neuheisel received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2010 and has since been providing physical therapy services to the residents of northcentral Nebraska. Erin has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient rehabilitation, long term care and school based physical therapy. She has specialized her skills to accommodate a variety of populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics and women's health. She is passionate about helping women achieve their highest quality of life by conquering pelvic health impairments, as well as equipping people with the tools they need to overcome their personal health obstacles.

Elliot and Erin reside in O'Neill, NE with their 4 children. When they are outside the clinic, they stay busy by having adventures with their kids. In their free time, Elliot enjoys being outside and anything sports related, and Erin enjoys running, volleyball, golf and horses.
