Enhance - Youth Strength & Agility Training
Neu You Physical Therapy is offering a new summer program for Jr. High and High school students who want to be intentional about their health and sports performance.
The program will include a free education and training session where we will share about and demonstrate proper form for strength and agility training. Our hope is to encourage students to start their summer training programs with a healthy understanding of how to execute the different exercises and lifts they will be doing, as well as the importance of muscle warm up and proper hydration and nutrition.
Our Enhance program will also include the opportunity to purchase a punch card for gym and workout times at our facility. To maximize the benefits of this program we plan to have Elliot and Landon oversee those workouts. This ensures that exercises are performed with proper form and technique. Poor execution can lead to inefficient training and even increase the risk of injury. Even if our program can serve as a simple check point for students, we would love to help them get the most out of their summer training. With intentional guidance, athletes will develop better movement patterns, reducing strain on their bodies while improving their overall health and athletic ability.
